Hannoush Jewelers is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and the additions introduced in WCAG 2.2 where applicable.

Measures taken. Our website is designed and built with accessibility in mind. Features include keyboard-only navigation, compatibility with screen readers (NVDA, Voice Over, JAWS), visible focus indicators on every interactive control, text resizable to 200 percent without loss of content, text alternatives for meaningful images, video captions where available, and anon-site accessibility menu that allows visitors to adjust contrast, text size, motion, dyslexia-friendly fonts, large cursor, link highlighting, and image visibility.

Known limitations. Some portions of our site rely on third-party services that we do not directly control. We work with these vendors to address accessibility issues. Specifically: our checkout pages and customer-accounts pages are hosted by Shopify Inc., which maintains its own accessibility conformance. Our live-chat widget is provided by Birdeye and loads inside an embedded iframe; we have notified the vendor of a known issue with its country-code dropdown. Our cookie consent banner is provided by CookieYes.

The price-range filter on our collection pages uses the open-source noUiSlider
library, which does not emit accessible names on its slider handles.
